Terms of Service

Welcome to Pebbl. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pebbl, a WhatsApp-based productivity service operated by Billionaire Technologies. By sending your first message to Pebbl or connecting your Google account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Pebbl reads your email, watches your calendar, and tells you what needs your attention — via WhatsApp. The service includes:

• Email intelligence — Pebbl reads your Gmail inbox, filters noise, and sends real-time notifications for emails that need your attention.
• Briefings — Scheduled summaries of your inbox and calendar, delivered to WhatsApp.
• Calendar awareness — Reads and manages your Google Calendar events.
• Reminders — Create and manage personal reminders via text, voice, or image.
• Item tracking — Tracks pending items from your email and resolves them when you act.

Pebbl uses AI to process your email content and make notification decisions. It is not a general-purpose chatbot — it is designed to help professionals manage their work communications.

2. Consent & Messaging

Pebbl is fully opt-in. By connecting your Google account, you consent to:

• Proactive notifications — Real-time WhatsApp messages when important emails arrive.
• Briefings — Morning and evening summaries of your inbox and calendar.
• Reminders — Notifications at times you specify.
• Service messages — Responses to your messages and confirmations.

We do not send promotional, marketing, or unsolicited messages.

3. Google Account Integration

To use email and calendar features, you must connect a Google account via OAuth. By connecting, you authorize Pebbl to:

• Read your Gmail inbox (read-only access).
• Read, create, and manage Google Calendar events.
• Receive real-time notifications when new emails arrive (via Gmail Push).

You can connect multiple Google accounts. You can disconnect at any time by saying "disconnect google" on WhatsApp or emailing us.

4. AI Processing

Pebbl uses AI language models to process your email content. You understand and agree that:

• Your email content is sent to AI providers for processing.
• AI providers process content in real-time and do not store it.
• AI-generated summaries and notifications may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Pebbl's notification decisions are best-effort and may miss important items or surface irrelevant ones.

5. Opting Out

You can stop all messages at any time by:

• Sending "stop" to Pebbl on WhatsApp.
• Saying "disconnect google" to revoke email access.
• Blocking Pebbl on your device.
• Emailing contact@pebbl.space.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pebbl.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Send harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
• Use automated systems to send excessive messages.
• Reverse engineer or extract source code.

8. Service Availability & Limitations

We strive to keep Pebbl available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Important: Do not rely on Pebbl as your sole system for critical communications. We are not responsible for missed or delayed notifications.

9. Accuracy

Pebbl uses AI to interpret emails and make decisions. We cannot guarantee every important email will be flagged, every decision will be correct, or summaries will be perfectly accurate.

10. Intellectual Property

Pebbl, including its name, logo, and software, is owned by Billionaire Technologies. You retain ownership of your email content and data.

11. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, and protection, including compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pebbl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billionaire Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pebbl.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
